Old poll is old, but I'm gonna take this chance to say:
You.
Like, I first started drawing when I discovered Happy Tree Friends a long time ago (I was like, 12. I'm 19 now lol).
But no matter how I did things, I was sort of...
on the slow learning side.
Like you, I'm dyslexic, but for me I had to take time (still do) to learn how to do things, even basic art. (I would spend hours a night just practicing how to draw a good looking circle xD).

But I was bullied in school and hardly had friends, so for about 2 years I quit so the teasing would stop. I even refused to draw at home.

Then, when my BFF moved into my life, I came on dA randomly.
And I found you on .
And I saw your art. And I saw you were dyslexic. And it seemed you also had a hard life like me (before you met Rin), and I connected a lot with the subject and emotions in your art. We also have a lot of the same interest.
So I basically stalked you over the years. (Creepy.)
I looked at all your art from your first, all the way to even now.
And I know it's weird, but all of this gave me my knowledge in what I know today. I started drawing again, and tried hard everyday (even if someone bullied me. I found the pain made for great art!)
There was even a year in which I sort of tried to be like you. :\ *Ashamed.* (But now I'd rather be me, cause I'm an original like everyone else :3)
The only reason I don't have a 'real' account on this site (although I want one someday), is because I'm still unsure and bashful when it comes to my art (I don't wanna get bullied like how I did in school. I know I'm not in school anymore, but... it still haunts me.)

But, yeah.
I'm sorry this message is corny, or weird, or stupid.
I... just wanted to finally say something to you is all.
We don't know each other at all, but you still pulled me out of a dark hole, and I'm forever grateful. <3

You're the beginning to my knowledge in art. (The rest is, of course, I self taught myself.)
